The company, a newly established innovative technology company in the public safety segment, was at a critical stage in its expansion. With ambitions to grow both nationally and internationally, they needed in-depth market insights, to develop effective business models, and to create a solid financial strategy to attract investors and ensure sustainable growth.
Our approach
Market analysis: We conducted a comprehensive market analysis covering the company’s key segments: Critical Communication, Emergency Services, and Critical Business Applications. This included an in-depth review of the markets in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, the UK, the EU and the US to provide a comprehensive understanding of the company’s market potential and business opportunities.
Business model analysis: We performed a detailed analysis of potential business models, focusing on optimizing aspects such as growth potential, product development, business impact and enterprise value. In addition, we also examined factors such as customer value, USPs, financial scalability, and timeframes for market launch, to ensure a complete and successful business model.
Financial documentation: In order to support the company for future capital raising rounds, we developed a financial documentation based on the insights from both the market and business model analysis. We developed various financial scenarios, including cost and margin analyses as well as projections of the company’s future P&L and valuation.
Negotiation support: Finally, we supported the company in a business negotiation with one of Sweden’s largest communication companies, including a strategic partnership structure.
